This site is a SCAM, they have my account under review for over 3 weeks after doing the first deposit & can't use the money inside it now even to their wallet & even can't exchange to another currency!
Coinbase has no measures in place to protect it's users. I was scammed through my coinbase account and the customer support essentially said"to bad, so sad". I've requested to speak with a manager or at least a customer service rep various times, but they refuse to do phone calls. It's all done via email. They take way too long too response, when they do respond they don't provide any clarity, and they don't care to protect their users. I wish I could give them a negative rating. Please do not invest with Coinbase, it appears to be a HUGE scam company.

Coinbase may delay payment but they will definitely pay. Maxxearn (dot) online paid me over $990K into coinbase and I got it paid into my bank regardless of the delay. Maxxearn (ddot) online is a trusted paying site you need to pay attention to. I am making so much there.
Records have shown how they have they have swindled millions of dollars from several people across Europe and America through strategic manipulation of their charts and user’s acco.unts. This is to warn potential customers to be wary of dealing with them because they are not registered or regulated by any financial regulatory agency, not even FCA in the UK or ASIC in Australia nor Cysec in Cyprus.
Presently, efforts are ongoing to track the individuals behind this company and significant progress has been made. I am only putting this up here for others not to fall victim to this company. And for those who are concerned about retrievi.ng their lo.st fu.nds, you can consult this fintech expert: Brianwalterz@òutlòòk▪com
He should be able to help with the recov.ery, provided you have evidences of the transactions you made with them
Impossible to make any profit as coin base takes a huge fee in and out too expensive no value what so ever
Completely faceless and spineless. Transferred some coins from a wallet to coinbase, transaction completed successfully according to Bscscan but coins never appeared in portfolio on coinbase. Contacted support via the help form at least 12 times and just keep getting the same email bounced back -
Thanks for contacting Coinbase Support.
It appears the information you provided might be incorrect for the transaction you’re having an issue with.
Please resubmit your request and make sure you enter:
The exact transaction amount The transaction hash The email address associated with account for the transaction
We require this information so we can clearly identify the issue
If you didn’t need help with an on-chain cryptocurrency transaction, please double check what you select in your next support request.
Thank you for understanding.

Coinbase Support
I keep filling it in, I may be doing it wrong but at least tell me what is wrong - I am copying data from Bscscan logs so dont know how it can be wrong.
Will be closing account and spreading the bad word on this horrendous company.
I have been locked out of my account for weeks I have sent 15 plus emails and no one have contacted me this is ridiculous no live agent to speak to no one is responding to my emails.
My account has been frozen for well over a month while they carry out a review. I submitted a support request about this, and eventually got an email saying my support case was closed with no further explanation of what was going on. So I submitted a complaint about two weeks ago (the support and complaints procedure are not the easiest to navigate either btw) . The response is that they are getting to my account review as fast as they can and I shouldn’t submit any more support requests. They didn’t even give an estimate of how long it will take. In the meantime I can’t cut my losses and get at my money, or do anything with the account. Avoid!!
Scammers alert! Don't use this website unless you want to go bankrupt :(: (( :( they took everything I swear they just stole money it's not even traded they steal money thinking I can't count how much I deposited etc. It's a scam please please be aware it's not worth it
No news is usually good news.... So, of course when there's $2500 missing from my Coinbase wallet, I'm going to post some reviews... being that I get no response to my emails... Don't use this app. I get the notion this company is going to pickup and go with all of everyone's crypto.....and how will you be able to get it back once they're gone? This isn't right. DON'T USE THIS APP! STAY AWAY!
This is my first letter to *******@coinbase.com
I just received a suspicious message from what appears to be Coinbase telling me that the IP address [for the purposes of this post, I'm redacting for security concerns] is trying to access my funds and that if I didn't authorize it to click on the following link [for the purposes of this post, I'm redacting for security concerns] (I'm attaching an image of the message)
I tried looking up that IP address and it says it belongs to akamaitechnologies.com
When I tried going to that website it wouldn't go through.
This is my first attempt at buying crypto and it has been, and still is a nightmare.
First Coinbase asks you to set up an account, which I did, and checked off that box. Then Coinbase asks you to fund the account, which I did, and then checked off that box. But nowhere is there any indication of how much your fund balance is. The third box to be checked says "Buy Crypto"? When I clicked on that area, it asked me to go through the verification process and upload or take a picture of my ID and selfie. I did that and it kept saying it couldn't be verified. So I kept at it assuming it couldn't read the information (based on the Coinbase feedback). When I finally got the e-mail saying my ID was verified, there was a box that says "Invest in crypto". But when I click on the box, it takes me back to the verification process again. When I go to the website and log in, and then try to click on the last stage of "Buy Crypto", it also keeps asking me to go through the verification process again.
I went through the verification process multiple times (maybe 10 times, but I lost count, maybe more).
Meanwhile, the days and hours keep ticking away and the prices keep going up.
Then I got the suspicious message this morning that that IP address is trying to access my funds.
Going through support does nothing. It takes at least a day or two just to get the reply that Coinbase started a ticket. Getting actual help can take days, if not weeks.
THIS WHOLE EXPERIENCE IS A NIGHTMARE AND YOU HAVE MY FUNDS AND I HAVE NO CRYPTO AT THE PRICE I WANTED TO BUY IT AT. AT THIS RATE, I WON'T HAVE ANY MONEY TO EVEN BUY ANY, EITHER BECAUSE IT WAS STOLEN OR THE PRICE WENT TO HIGH.
I NEED THIS RESOLVED IMMEDIATELY.
I even bought stock in Coinbase and you have deflated all confidence I had in your exchange.
This is me second letter to *******@coinbase.com
Further to my previous e-mail. A friend suggested that I go through the Coinbase Pro app. When I did that, I went through the verification process AGAIN. Then I saw that you have my bank information which you would have no way of having if you had not received my wire transfer. So where is my $ [for the purposes of this post, I'm redacting for security concerns] that was wired to you on Monday? If my money is supposed to appear as a portfolio balance, it is showing a zero balance.
I'm begging you, please respond.

I initially went through Coinbase's support protocol and two tickets were opened. When I tried calling, the automated message states they do not provide live support and to go through the website support (which I already did). When I received the suspicious text, that is when I contacted security. I never clicked on the link. Normally when you contact security or the fraud department of a bank or credit card, you get a live person.
I don't know what is going on here. My wire transfer appears to have gone through, otherwise Coinbase wouldn't have my bank information. But it has been days and nowhere can I see that my account has been funded. I find it unnerving that I was asked repeatedly for my personal identification to be submitted.
At this point, I don't know if Coinbase is holding on to my funds or if they have been stolen because the bank wire appears to have gone through to Coinbase. If Coinbase is not releasing my money to my account whether for security purposes or not, they should communicate that to me. When I contact security with what appears to be a suspicious text, they should respond IMMEDIATELY.
This is some scary shi* and one big nightmare. And, based on my research, I thought I was choosing the most secure exchange.
Anyone who is interested in recovery of funds should dm max. Neil. Li. Lung on g-o-o-g-l-e search and pay for a charge back fee so he can help recover your deposit from them just like he helped me, also get a right investment through him newbies
The only thing I use Coinbase for is to deposit and transfer crypto between exchanges and I cash it out on Coinbase for fiat to bank account. Other than that avoid purchasing and converting crypto on their platform as they will stiff you very bad. Trust me I found out the hard way when I entered the CRYPTO realm. Ask yourself this question? How do you think they amassed a $300 billion Empire? In what manner was that money derived or obtained? Well I'm sure most people get the picture.
Coinbase Questions & Answers
Posted on 11/15/2020
You can't! Don't ever try to communicate or use the Coinbase site if you ever purchase a new phone. This prevents you from accessing the account by your cell phone or desk top as I have tried for two days and have had no success with their " Customer Support Team "
